At Yabanaat Hijabs, every order is prepared with care, intention, and attention to detail. As a small business in its early stages, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding our refund policy.

CANCELS/RETURNS;

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order and only if your order has not yet been shipped.
After 24 hours — or once an order has been processed for shipment — no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted.

At this time, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or improper handling after delivery. Due to the nature of hijabs as personal wear items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped.

 That being said, your experience matters deeply to us. While we may not be able to process refunds as a growing business, we are always willing to listen and support you if an issue arises. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review each situation carefully and do our best to offer a fair and thoughtful solution, which may include a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

 Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or print may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric batches. These variations are part of the unique nature of our products and are not considered defects.

We kindly ask that all customers review product descriptions, fabric details, and care instructions before placing an order. By completing a purchase with Yabanaat Hijabs, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
