Order Processing;
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time includes order confirmation, careful packaging, and preparation for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, new launches, or holidays. We appreciate your grace and understanding during these times.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping (Outside the United States):
International orders typically arrive within 9–10 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs processing, and local postal services.
These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Once a package is in the hands of the courier, Yabanaat Hijabs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates;
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Accuracy;
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Yabanaat Hijabs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages;
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or experiences an issue during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. While we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for shipping-related issues, we will do our best to assist and find a fair solution where possible.
